The Neighbors in Action Committee has planned several events for the Wynstone Community!

Wynstone Residents,

The Board of Directors has approved new front gate operators to be installed to replace the hardware that was installed 7 years ago. This work will take place the week of April 13th and the project will likely take a week to complete.

The older style DoorKing fobs will be disabled - the reduced cost of new LiftMaster remote fobs will be $25 each for the next two months. Contact Community Management at:  WynstoneBoard@gmail.com to order new remotes. We have attached a photo of the remote fobs for your reference.

  • The black DoorKing fob is on the left and will no longer work once this project begins.
  • The grey LiftMaster fobs on the right, will remain active and are the only ones that will be working moving forward.

With the older style remotes disabled, the goal is to provide clearer signals to the software since there have been gate operator errors and, thus, maintenance costs caused by the two remote software versions conflicting.

Please be courteous to the installation team and be aware there may be re-routing of traffic in and out of the gates during this time period. Thank you for helping to keep workers safe!!

2026 Activities

  • Annual Meeting March 10th - Dakota Valley High School Theater
  • Easter Egg Hunt -
    • Happy Easter, everyone! And thanks to those who braved the cold weather yesterday for our fun neighborhood event. A special thanks to those who showed up early to help set up. Congrats to the kids who found the special golden egg, and I hope everyone had a great time with laughs, donuts, and warm coffee. Thank you to Sparklight for your generous donation for the coffee.
  • Goodwill Donation Drive March 28th -
    • I want to thank you and the entire community of Wynstone for welcoming us and allowing us to host a donation drive. We had 26 donors come together to make a collective impact of 1612 pounds donated. We are truly grateful for your support towards the Goodwill mission.
  • Reminder: The front gate operators will be replaced the week of April 13th. Traffic may be diverted to either entrance or exit gates during this project.  You can still order your fob replacements (for the DoorKing remotes) for the lower price of $25.00 each through the end of May.
