Wynstone Homeowners Association uses this website and our resident communication site to send email and text messages to Wynstone residents about community events, gate and road notices, and emergencies. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Your name, Wynstone address, email address, mobile phone number, the message topics you choose, and a record of when and how you gave consent.
If you use the Contact Us or Gate Application forms on this website, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, phone number, email address and message) so we can respond to your request.
Only to send you Wynstone community messages you agreed to receive, and to respond to requests you send us. We do not send advertising.
You receive texts only after you opt in by signing our paper SMS consent form, or on the resident sign-up form the HOA shares directly with residents. Submitting a form on this website does not sign you up for texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use Brevo, our messaging provider, only to deliver our messages on our behalf.
You can change your topics, update your details, or stop all messages at any time on the Manage my preferences page, by replying STOP to a text, by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.
